Growing up between Germany and Colombia, I learned to appreciate the value of different perspectives. This intercultural experience shapes my work and my approach to supporting people in their individual diversity.

My psychology studies in Colombia sparked my interest in how differently people perceive the same situation. It is this diversity that defines us - there is no one right way, but many individual paths.

In my role as an employer branding consultant, I have researched worldwide what people expect from an ideal employer and what fulfills them in different cultures and life situations. These insights have inspired me to accompany people on their personal journey even more individually.

That's why I decided to get certified as a systemic coaching. We all operate in different systems, and this is where we can start by recognizing and promoting the uniqueness of each individual. I support people in discovering their values, their truth and their desires so that they can follow their own authentic path - be it professionally, personally or in times of change.
